What is the Sleep Flow Builder?
Design your perfect night by chaining together meditations, soundscapes, and alarms. Set a sleep meditation to start at 10:30pm, rain sounds until 6:45am, a wake meditation, then your alarm. Completely customizable to your routine.
Will AiLARM work if my phone is on silent?
Yes! With Premium's Nuclear Mode, alarms bypass Do Not Disturb and silent mode using iOS Critical Alerts. You'll need to grant permission when prompted.
How does Smart Wake Window work?
AiLARM reads your sleep data from Apple Health to identify when you're in light sleep. Set a wake window (e.g., 6:30-7:00 AM) and we'll wake you at the optimal moment within that range.
Can I mix multiple sounds together?
Yes! Premium users can layer multiple soundscapes — like rain with distant thunder, or ocean waves with soft wind. Adjust individual volumes to create your perfect sleep environment.
